Cyan’s office is more than just a workplace—it's a bold, youthful hub designed for a new generation of creatives. Tasked with translating Cyan’s vibrant digital identity into a physical space, we created an environment that blends functionality, personality, and a strong visual presence. The result is a thoughtfully curated office that reflects the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and trend-forward energy.

Problem

Cyan had recently moved into a finished space that lacked character and didn’t reflect their brand. The challenge was to transform this blank canvas into an engaging and inspiring environment—without heavy construction. The client also wanted to attract young creative talent and make a statement to their clients, but the space lacked warmth, dynamic flow, and the brand’s unique voice.

Design Approach

We approached the design with the Gen Z mindset in mind—prioritizing flexibility, creativity, and bold aesthetics. Instead of traditional layouts, we introduced an unusual space plan that invites movement and interaction. A cozy coffee lounge overlooking El-Nozha St. from a panoramic glass from wall to ceiling acts as both a chill zone and an informal meeting area, while a dedicated recreation room breaks the routine and keeps energy high throughout the day. Vibrant colors, playful neon signage, and a rich layer of natural greenery breathe life into the entire office, making every corner feel intentional yet effortless.

Elevated Experience

Walking into Cyan’s office instantly leaves an impression. The atmosphere is alive—plants cascading from shelves, neon signs glowing with cheeky charm, and a carefully curated palette that energizes without overwhelming. Clients and visitors often pause to take it all in, frequently telling the owners, "I wish I worked in a place like this."

The space doesn’t just look good—it feels good. Every design choice was made to elevate the daily experience of the team, from the natural light-filled nooks to the curated social corners. It's a place where creativity flows freely, and where anyone who walks in can’t help but feel the Cyan vibe.
