Project Overview

PYC is a prominent financial firm known for its commitment to clarity, accuracy, and trust. With a tight 4-week timeline, we were tasked with transforming their workspace into a refined yet comfortable environment that not only reflected the brand’s professionalism but also supported the demands of long working hours. The result is a dynamic, thoughtfully designed office that balances functionality, flexibility, and a touch of calm luxury—perfectly tailored to the rhythm of financial professionals.

Problem

The challenge was twofold: delivering a complete interior transformation within just four weeks, and doing so within a compact space that needed to serve multiple purposes. With employees spending extended hours at the office—often from early morning until late evenings—it was crucial to design a space that encouraged comfort, variety, and productivity without compromising on elegance or professionalism.

Design Approach

Our concept focused on flexibility and well-being. Rather than relying solely on traditional workstations, we introduced a range of work setups to accommodate different work styles and energy levels throughout the day. A key highlight is the sofa lounge area that overlooks a panoramic window with stunning views of Cairo Festival City. This became the “sweet spot” of the office, complete with custom laptop tables—allowing team members to start their day with a coffee and emails, while soaking in natural light and greenery.

Understanding the mental demands of financial work, we also created an additional dual-purpose lounge near the entrance. This space serves as a client waiting area and a coffee retreat for employees, giving the office a welcoming front and a relaxing breather zone all in one. Every inch of the space was planned to support flow, comfort, and focus—down to the last detail.

Elevated Experience

While the space is compact, it feels open and inviting. The variety of work settings—formal desks, casual lounge zones, and scenic nooks—ensures that employees can shift their environment throughout the day, helping to reduce fatigue and increase focus. This flexibility in design isn’t just a visual treat—it’s a strategic advantage, tailored for the long, detail-driven hours of the financial world.

Materials were selected to reflect confidence and stability—sleek surfaces, a calm neutral palette, and subtle branding elements reinforce the firm's identity while keeping the atmosphere serene.
